So I had this thought, Botox basically paralyses muscles, and what is the sphincter, a muscle, and what would a paralyzed sphincter lead to, incontinence.
So I looked it up, and yes! There are medical reasons to use botox on the sphincter (hemorrhoids), and the major side effect is incontinence.
Now I'm not saying I'm rushing out to get botox injections in my rear, but it makes for some exciting scenarios!
