Basically, ANYTHING on the net can be copied by anyone...both the power and the curse of the internet.
This is what all producers of interesting material, whether music, pictures, movies, or writings face. Begin by posting an agreement that must be read before entering the website. "Accidentally" paste a copyright notice in the middle of your text. And make your copyright violators prominently place a link to SIDNY labeled as such on their site, where they used to have a copy.
The only real leverage you have on these site owners is to remind them that they must be good citizens. Beyond that, I think ISPs get pretty sensitive to sites breaking copyrights, though.
