This guy's advice isn't realistic for most of us here....
Assume a car, use the trunk. Otherwise, just put your diapers away for the time being until you can figure out where to keep them at college, if at all.
Plan on periodic explosions of diaper wearing, and control them so they happen in private, like on weekends at home.
