I mean I bet that they probably get a few callers on the phone line who speak in baby talk, but in general since they don't ask what the diapers are for(I don't know, do they?) how would they be aware of the ABDL community on a large scale? They might pass the occassional babytalker as a common occurence weirdo, rather than connecting the dots.
I'm never realy sure how much of the adult diaper market we make up. At best I can imagine more that a couple percent, at best. Maybe I'm wrong,
