I don't think I'd be that bothered by it after a while. I'm not incontinent although I do suffer from asthma. I'm sure there's some online community out there dedicated to 'people into folk with respiratory difficulties and inhaler fetishists'. I've never searched for it but I can't help thinking it exists. If I did stumble upon such a community, I might be a litte shocked at first but then I'd just accept that these people obviously have certain 'needs' and just get over it.
If I was incontinent however, what I would find more offensive are all those webshots featuring young women wearing diapers for a laugh. They're few things worse than being laughed at in my opinion - although I'm a guy and probably would say that (A wise man once remarked 'Men feel threatened by women because they're afraid women will laugh at them' - so true!). I want deny that I'd be mildly offended if I stumbled upon some webshot featuring a bunch of college girls having an 'asthma party'. God knows what that would actually entail. Probably loads of cheeky minxes feigning asthma attacks and brandishing customized inhalers. Pretty fucking weird.
