This is certainly a frequently visited issue here.
My own position,as those who read my postings know,is that I am a man whose only interest in diapers in a relationship is if they are worn exclusively by the woman--I am only interested in the caregiver role.
As such,approaching a not-yet-AB girlfriend has a certain tension to it that it might not have if it were about her sharing an activity I did myself.Obviously it's important to make her feel good about it and appreciated for it.But different personalities will react to the proposal in different ways no matter how it is made.
