You need to go to a pharmacy...not a pharmacy that is part of any other store, just an actual pharmacy standing alone. See what they have.
I would recommend against Depends unless you have no other options but store brand.
Depends are thin and uncomfortable plus they make too much noise, not something for a first and unsure endeavor. If you can find Tena or Attends, these are the best money can buy. You can call some local pharmacies in the yellow pages too. After considering your options, go with depends which will be available at a supermarket if nothing else.
Unless you wanna go cloth, but most of the appeal for her (if she has any being a newb) will prolly come form the disposables if i had to guess.
