Actually, I prefer 'nappy' myself, even though I'm a US native. Its just a 'softer' term. Its funny, that the original words we use no longer apply to our 'undergarments for absorption and containment', nappies don't have 'nap' (cloth ones do) and diapers aren't diapered (I know, but that's the original term.)
The mexican farmworkers we used to live by used the term Pamper for any diaper, cloth or disposable. Funny eh?
