You both make very good points.
I think I have a pretty big bladder now, and sometimes may actually be making it larger by holding my pee past the point of hurting. It does make for a major gusher, that's for sure.
I am not (yet, at least) a sleep wetter, but might be one day. I do pee my bed often, but mostly because I dont want to get out of bed, and rest better when I don't.
