I do pee deliberitly but I want to pee when asleep and wake up wet.I other words I want to lose controll and have no choice but to need diapers and a rubber sheet every night.As for sleeping pills,I don't like using them and fear getting dependent on them plus it makes it too hard to get up in the morning if the drug is still in me.
