Plastic pants might help a bit, but extra padding would probably be more effective! Perhaps use a nappy booster, or use a baby nappy as a stuffer at the front, or buy some muslin/terry cloth squares and fold them up as an extra soaker, either inside the disposable or inside the plastic pants. And perhaps plastic pants which are cloth on the inside and plastic on the outside would help also? Or buy a more absorbant disposable. Abri form and tena slip maxi are both very absorbant brands.
