Definately.
I think there are two types of diaper lovers.
There is the sort that like diapers as part of a general regression, which may include wetting their pants, bedwetting etc as well as thing like thumb sucking. Its diapers as part of the adult baby scene.
Then there is diaper lovers who have come from a diaper wearing back ground, such as myself. I'm not really into the rest of the adult baby thing. But I wet myself and the bed as a kid and wore diapers to bed until I was 12. I remember at first not wanting them and not liking them as I wanted to be a grown-up kid, I didn't want to wet my bed and I didn't want to wear diapers. I felt like a baby.
But over time I started grew to like them. I probably didn't even realise conciously that I liked them at the time. I certainly didn't like starting high school and still needing diapers at night and wetting the bed. I thought if everyone found out I would be an outcast, which is probably true. Its only now that I know on average 4% of 11 years old still wet the bed, that I can think well actually in my year at school there were 150 pupils, so actually probably FIVE other people who I shared classes with also still wet the bed. Wish I knew which ones they were!
