Yes, it is more than possible you wet more wearing diapers. See my replies to the post below entitled "Can't do it".
In your case your brain possibly feels in 'safe mode' (ie. it is safe to pee now) while you are wearing diapers, more so than it does when you are just in pants or pjs.
