In my experience you are dead right steve.
The best thing for us bedwetters to wear is several pairs of pants. They will soak up quite a bit of piss, and therefore stay soaking wet for ages, while offering no protection whatsoever!
I find them to be the best thing to piss in through the day whenever possible as well. Much better fun than a toilet hehe!
Whenever possible I like to piss my pants before going to bed - maybe a couple of times, then during the night. After waking in a nice wet bed, just pull a pair of jeans on over my soaked pants, then continue pissing them through the day, then at night just strip to my totally pissed pants to get in bed - desperate to pee of course!
Everyone should try it at least once - awesome.
