ife-long bedwetter. I have recently replied to Laura on another board. My basic "problem" is laziness as I often am too tired to get out of bed when I want to wee and drift back to sleep. Particularly in winter when the house is cold I feel no desire to get out of bed and walk to the toilet. I cuddle back down and fall back to sleep - waking up in the morning having wet myself.
I wear my ordinary cotton panties and and old heavy cotton towel with plastic pants which I buy in Boots over the lots. i have a loose plastic sheet under the sheet again with an old towel covering it. But sometimes the leak is so big and the plastic has slipped that the mattress is wet. I have the same mattress many years now and it is brown in the middle from frequent wettings over the years.
I cannot say I am a deliberate bedwetter, but I must admit that I find wearing plastics and a nappy/towel rather comforting and when if I wake up after wetting it is pleasantly warm.
I live in Dublin and am wondering if there are any others who wet their bed regularly in Dublin preferably accidentally like myself. I would prefer to hear from other women and share experiences with them, but I will respond to men also.
