I will almost invariably leak in bed if I wear a disposable. I tend to sleep on my side and every disposable I’ve tried has been hopeless at coping with this. The idea of waking up and carefully positioning myself on my back in order to wet safely seems to defeat the purpose of wearing the thing.
The problem seems to be the lack of padding in the critical places and wearing plastic pants over the top of them at best, only briefly defers a leak.
I wear terry toweling nappies under plastic pants to bed when I’m playing. They’re a bit bulky but that doesn’t matter when you’re in bed and I can pee laying in whatever position I happen to be in and they don’t leak (unless I wore them for some ridiculous amount of time after which I’ll start to leak at the leggings).
