Perhaps you are right? Before wetting my bed diapers was a far away thing for me. When I started to wet, which still is "only" intermittent, I woke up and it was terrible wit the wet bed. I tried bedprotectionn but it was still a catastrofy with wet sheets. So I started with diapers and I dont wake up when wetting and I will have a good nights sleep and my wife again can sleep besides me. We do not practice any kind of games with the diapers but I feel wery cosy and content with myself with the diapers on (which I put on myself). So I guess it is a kind of liking them but it is far away from the adult baby thing.
