How often do you change your sheets ?

How many of you change your sheets straight after weeting your bed?
Do you just leave the bed as you got out or do you wash every thing and remake the bed knowing you will probably wet it again the following night. I rarely change my bed more than once a week and just leave the covers turned back. The bed is usually damp and smelly but will soon be soaking again so I see little point in changing the bed
