I don't usually use a sheet at all,I just put down a thick absorbant soaker pad no bigger than common towell on top of my rubber sheet.I like the feel of the rubber sheet so I don't cover it with a full size bedsheet.My soaker pad is saturated by morning so I hang it in the shower to drip dry and use another soaker pad that night.I only wash the pads once in a while and never wash my rubber sheet.
