Unfortunately, this takes creates a lot of unhappy and distracted time.
I can be in discomfort for 1-2 hours, and in major discomfort for another hour beyond that.
The downside about it is that for about a 2 hour window, I am virtually useless.
Other than the minor loss of control, it's kinda like miserable wasted time.
If you can think of a better way please let me know.
Basically, drink a ton of water and hold it- either with or without a diuretic.
When you feel the pressure mounting, put on a belt or object to push continuously on your bladder.
Be cognisent of the feeling in your bladder, and when you are doing something that creates discomfort, keep doing it (IE standing versus sitting)
Situps and or a weight on your bladder help create leaks.
The resoluton of this deal is rather non-climatic.
My urine tends to come out in short bursts, and I never have lost control in the sense
of totally being unable to stop the flow.
On the upside, it is a legitimate loss of control, even if it occurs in just dribbles.
For more of a thrill about how much I am losing control, I often wear shorts that have a design that really shows wetness.
From the first tiny uncontrolled spurt, I can try to hold it for another 30 minutes or so.
I get about 1 uncontrolled spurt every few minutes, and the cumulative effect is a very unconceailible wet spot creating the small thrill
of seeing the proof that I did loose control.
The downside is that the 30 minutes are more or so hellish.
A potential downside is kidney damage, but from my experience, I start having uncontrollable spurts and I have not sensed or noticed kidney problems.
The final upside, after holding it to the burst point and then letting it rip, I have noticed that my need to urinate is taken to a whole new level for about 6 hours afterwards
(I have several urgency episodes and the sheer volume I pee is much more than normal.)
Such sudden urgency and high volume pee throughout the night probably do nothing but help make a nighttime accident (if done in tandem with drinking or other mechanism to help induce sleep)
Let me know your thoughts, thanks!
