as a child around 5 or so my bed was every night.
I did not start out on purpose but got to a point that I could not tell if it was a accident or not.
my bed has a plastic sheet over it to protec the mattress and a rubber draw sheet over the center with a flat folded mattress pad.
I wear just under pants.
