I don't think so, if she wants to become a bedwetter than she could start to train herself to wet the bed - protect the bed (and if she prefers put her in nappies) and make sure she drinks a lot before she goes to bed. When she wakes up needing to pee she should go in the bed - at first she may need to sit up or kneel in order to pee in the bed, but gradually as she becomes used to this she should be able to let go lying down. Eventually, if she pees in bed every time she awakes needing to pee and then goes back to sleep her body should stop waking her up, this could take weeks, months or even years though.
If she wants to wet the bed just for tonight then there are no guarantees that this would be possible, but your best bet is probably for her to do lots of exercise during the day, and maybe even get very little sleep for a few nights prior to the bedwetting night, so that when she sleeps it will be very deep. Make sure she drinks a lot before she goes to bed, if she drinks some alcohol (especially beer) before she goes to sleep that will increase the chances of her wetting, and I have heard people say that if you pour water from one jug into another whulst someone sleeps they might wet the bed, but I don't know if that would actually work...
If you want her to wet the bed in her sleep without her knowing, ie: to stage an accident I don't know how you could do that. The only thing I can think of is for you to pee on her, but if she caught you doing that I doubt she'd be very happy, and of course it's not very honest, and she might be upset...
