I wet my bed most nights and I stay warm and wet untill the morning. I wear several pairs of pants and have a thick towel under my sheet with a plastic sheet under that. The wet spot is kept smaller that way and my body heat keeps it warm.
If my bed is cold and wet from the previous nights wetting i have a nice long pee as soon as I get in bed to warm it up.
