If I wet before I fall asleep I am almost always likely to wet again in my sleep and usually far more than I did before dropping off. I have wet my self on purpose so much though I have long since accepted that I might wet the bed at any time and most of the time I don't worry about it. If I am away from home I will always wear a nappy to bed just in case. Strangely I rarely wet in my sleep unless I am in my own bed.
