Have a read through some of the threads that are active on the board right now. There is a lot of good information.
You'll have to be comfortable with wetting your bed whilst laying in it awake long before you'll get to unintentional wetting.
A lot of experience seems to suggest that if you deliberately wet yourself laying in bed before going to sleep and habituate yourself to this, you will gradually lose the inclination to awake before urinating.
