At the risk of repeating my self in my mind the only way to successful bed wetting is to start by doing it on purpose. You need to convince your self you are a bed wetter.
Here is my guide to becoming a bedwetter
Because you are a bed wetter your bed should be urine stained and always smell of pee. so you should wet your bed a couple of times with no protection the stains on your matteras will remind you you are a bed wetter. To be a bedwetter you need to get used to sleeping in your wet bed so go to bed with a full bladder and when you get comfortable in your favorate position just let things flow. Then you must lay in it and go to sleep. It may take a while mto get used to sleeping in your wet bed but if you can't get past this stage there is little point in going further if you want to regress into proper bed wetting. Once you feel comfortable with wetting your bed before you go to sleep you are well on the way. If you wake needing to pee you must do it straight away. Get used to peeing as son as you feel the need without thinking about it and gradually your bladder is less likely to wake you. Most people wake in the morning with an urgent need to pee this is one of the best times to get used to loosing control. As you wake just let it go and soon you will starty letting go before you wake. There is no quick way to regres in to bed wetting some get there sooner than others. Once you start wetting in your sleep if you are happy with it do nothing to stop this happening try and wet your bed as often as you can so that wetting your bed is normal. I wet my bed more often than not both on purpose and in my sleep I do stay dry some times but to me being wet is normal. If my bed is smelly, heavily stained and soaking wet I always sleep better.
