Was anyone here ever told to wet the bed by a parent or relative or babysitter rather than getting up in the middle of the night? (I can't think of a scenario where it would happen, but maybe it did)

And... Did anyone here ever share a bed with a bedwetter, and wet the bed rather than get up because it was already wet?
