I started wetting on purpose in my early teens and have had dry periods but I could not be ever certain I won't wake up wet. I think if you regress into bed wetting as an adult you have to accept this and think carefully about the consiquenses. It is fine when you sleep alone you can pee in your bed when ever you wish and it hurts no one but one day you might meet some one and you will be very lucky if that some one can cope with your bed wetting which by that time be out of your control.
