I usually get more sleeo if I wet during the night. I usually sleep in a thick cloth diaper and plastic pants. I normally wake a couple of times during the night to pee. In a diaper, or even if I just wet my Pjs and bed sheets, I don't get totally awake and go right back to sleep. If I get up and use the potty, I might be aw3ake for nearly an hour before I go back to sleep. On few occasions, I was wst in the morning with no memory of peeing. maybe that is sleep wetting, but I think I just don't remember
