I'm in my 60s but I have wet a little in my sleep several times recently. I do not recall dreaming about peeing or pooping, but I might have. My worst or best sleep wetting, has only, so far, resulted in a saucer sized wet area on the sheets. The other times it has just been damp undies and Pj bottoms.
