My situation is somewhat unique. In general, if I limit my fluid intake during the evening I don’t wet in my sleep. So, for the most part it’s not a issue when I stay with family members. However, just to be safe, I generally pack and wear diapers when sleeping away from home.
(Few years ago wife and I were visiting my parents. Normal quiet evening, no alcohol, no soda, never gave it thought – WET THE BED!)
