Yes i agree. I think its great that people want to hook up with each other but it would be useful to let people know if you are serious or just want internet chat. Stating where you are from indicates that you are seriously looking to hook up with someone.
I myself don't do on-line relationships. I don't see the point. Whenever i have been looking to meet a guy on-line i have stated where i am from and what i am looking for. It helps filter out time waisters and those who actually want me to baby them 24/7 :) Obviously to begin with it is an on-line relationship with the hope of finding someone to meet face to face.
