OK, first let me make it clear that I'm from the UK and "potty" gere means a chamberpot, usually plastic, not an adult toilet (as it means in the USA).
Training is of two types, which must be specified by Daddy's little girl straight away - "wet" or "both" - though I've only ever done "both" by email.
Someone wishing to start training by email is essentially going to receive instructions and reply with what she did. Rewards and "punishments" are given depending on response. In person the activities described in the email course are carried out literally.
First, however, every girl gets a questionnaire to discover which sort of words she likes using and the training is tailored for her.
The object of the training is to undo the terrible situation where girls have been trained to be selfish, locking themselves away un toilets to relieve themselves, play with themselves or both, instead of showing Daddy proudly how prettily they can do these things. There are many positions to learn.
