Two many piercings I think can take it out the play. Tattoos I have no problem with, but piercings (eyelid, lips, tongue, and too many in the ears I'm not a fan of.)
What you have with the tattoos would not take me out the playing, but the tongue ring would. Because big girls have those, not babies.
