I have one that's kind of an antique, I found it at a yard sale and it's made of wood. The inside width is only nine inches, total. There may be some larger, but probably not more than two or three inches. You might have to custom make one, patterned from the small original. To get authentic look might be worth the effort, if you know someone who knows how to do it, safely.
A potty chair can be also be used with diapers, in which case it becomes a 'diaper chair' !!
