I must admit it sounds very fabricated and well if it isnt then the Church is weirder than i thought.
I am 100% sure that this doesnt happen in type of Church in the UK or Australia.
Its true that the girls wear a white dress but nothing like a baby baptism gown. That would be ridiculous. As for a diaper.....well i dont think you would get many 15 year old complying to that rule.
I was confirmed at 12 years old... a common age for confirmation.
