positive reinforcement?
find out somethings she would really like, and offer those to her in exchange for being a good girl and dressing up nice for daddy.
maybe a progress chart? (this many tokens earns something special she wants)
Negotiate with her little girl side, tell her it would make you very proud of her, coax her to just try them on to see how they look, then shower her with lots of extra attention telling her how wonderful she looks in them?
see if you can get her to aggree to wear them for you, just on special occasions to dress up nice?
or the shoes are just a limit you might have to accept. Everybody has their limits. Can you talk to her in adult mode about it?
