I'd reccomend drinking as much as you can and then just waiting. Eventually your bladder should let go no matter what. Another idea would be to blindfold yourself or just shut your eyes. Even though you'll know that he's there with you, not looking at him might help. You can also try doing it in small steps. Is it just a problem with wetting your pants that you're having, or is it peeing in general? You could have him stand outside the bathroom door while you go, or try going in the shower. Warm running water makes my bladder want to just let go. I hope this helps. You'll have to get back to us with how things are going if you can. :-).
