those new pampers underjams are pretty similar to goodnites, but seem to be a little thicker.
for regular type diapers, check into tranquility, abena (a few types are available), also kendal wings are more generic and probably cheaper.
then you should try 'using' your diaper sometime, i'd bet you'd like it. if your afraid something bad, like a leak would happen, give it a try at home when you are alone. just let go a little at a time and dont flood it and you'll be fine.
