I'll preface: I absolutely believe its everyone's right to self-identify in whatever way s/he wants. So I'm not at all criticizing here.
But I've noticed a few Daddies who have labeled themselves (at least on this board) as the possessive of their LG's/baby girls/ABies/etc. For example, "Lucys Daddy" and "Katie Louise Daddy." There are a few other examples here.
And yet classic BDSM convention does the opposite -- the Dominant clearly possesses the sub/slave, and the slave's name is often crafted from the Dominants. For example a BDSM couple named "Master X" and "Master X's slave."
Would anyone here care to discuss why they would prefer the former moniker in which the Daddy is identified as the possessive of the LG?
