I too am against putting a woman back into diapers full time and/or her being a baby 24/7.
The practicality of it has already been discussed so there is no need for me to go into that indepth. Though I will ask to those in favor of 24/7; Do you really want to deal with a diaper change at work? And what about going some place really nice for dinner? You can't do that if she is a baby.
As Adam noted it gets dull and boring if diapers
are used all the time. It is far more fun to switch it up; panties for most of the time, "Pull-Ups" for when she needs a little babying, and "Pampers" for when she really to be taken care of. It helps make those "little" times more special.
Plus you can't really interact with a baby; Can't take her to a normal movie, or hang out with friends, or have an intelligent conversation, or do anything sexual. However you can do all of those things with a woman. And, again, it makes her "little" time more special when she needs to be babied for a bit.
I'm trying to keep myself from ranting too much and repeating the good points already made by others.
