For me part of the fun is the transformation of the adult women to an innocent little girl to take care of and protect. Though you can physically do stuff easier with smaller girls, it's more fun with the larger girls because seeing them change from adult to baby is more of a change, and so more rewarding, and exciting for me. For the same reason that someone that's ab/lg 24/7 isn't very interesting, because theres no transformation, the more professional, or more adult the women the more treasured that transformation is, of letting out that vulnerable side that few people ever see and letting her discover and experience a side may have forgotten she had.
