For me being an AB/LG is definately not a fetish - I very rarely find ageplay sexual, for me it is more about feeling little and safe, and having some time just to relax and unwind and let go of my adult responsibilities, and have some time to just play and have fun and act silly again.
To me the idea of carrying out adult sexual acts whilst in the role of AB/LG is somewhat disgusting (although I do not mean to say I find others who do use AB-roleplay sexually disgusting, I just mean the thought of doing it myself is very strange to me, and wouldn't work at all.) - occasionally I find using and wearing diapers and bed/pants-wetting somewhat sexual, but my AB/LG items and clothing could find no place in my sex-life and if I were to use diapers during sexual activity I would certainly not be in my AB/LG-mindset.
