I think it's unreasonable for the emailer to expect you to change your site. Your creating a site and a community about your interests. If he wants it about his interests he should create his own site.
It's arrogant of him to assume that everyone else in the world is there to serve his interests. I'm sure he doesn't walk into a resturaunt in his underwear and demand service, then claim discrimination because they refuse to serve a man in his underwear.
I'm sorry that some moron hiding behind a keyboard has given you such a bad impression of them, in my experience the ones I have been fortunate enough to know are very sweet lovable people that wouldn't impose themselves so rudely on others.
