I've played with a LG who has some similarities.
She's got about an 1 old persona (the baby). Plus about a 7 or 8 year old, plus a bratty schoolgirl/teenager.
The point of this is that the 1 year old seems to be, in some ways, dissociated from the others . All the others, including her real adult, remember each others. I've put the schoolgirl into diapers a few times as a disciplinary measure. That seems to work fine.
However when my girl regresses to age 1 she goes all the way. The change in voice and body language is remarkable. She doesn't always remember her "baby" time afterward.
I guess my point is that your 2 year old and my 1 year old seem to have some similarities. If your 2 year old is "in persona" she may not be able to process either humiliation or sexuality. The humiliation, for her, might be irrelevant. It's like "I'm one year old, why would I find diapers humiliating?". The schoolgirl, on the other hand, finds being diapered extremely humiliating.
As far as sexuality goes, if your 2 year old is deep into persona, she's not going to want sex or even know what sex is. For her being 2 could mean simply being safe, secure and loved; in a non sexual way.
