I think it might help if there was a disclaimer above the actual board here, noting that this board is for genetic girls and guys. It may bug you to use the nomenclature of the TG community, but in that way no room is left for ambiguity. Using caps in the phrase "REAL girls" is an aggressive political claim that can only ruffle feathers and divide people, whereas "genetic" girls is an unchallengeable category (at least until technology can actually modify people on the chromosome level, ha). If it seems unreasonable to someone to use the phrase "genetic girl," to me that's an indicator that they not *only* want a corner of the web to be among like-minded people, but that they also want to base that corner of the web not purely on community but also on explicitly vocalized disgust towards those outside the community, which is surely unproductive.
After that, it's just a matter of deleting want ads that are clearly posted by sissies and TGs and then perma-banning them. This wouldn't be at all harsh as long as sissies and TGs can still participate in general discussion (take Christie's posting of her AB art - surely something that can be appreciated by all). I've never really seen what the problem is, honestly.
