get a training potty first ,
then you can start to have accident in public
have your pull ups overflow and leak
you can buy a potty training book and read it with daddy
why don't you make a potty calender
and the most important, think of reward system if baby have some dry night or dry day
start with this, and let me know if you need more suggestion, lol i got many more
