There used to be an ageplay group in Portland called KATZ, Kidz and Adultz together. Though there website is no longer active, I'm sure if you did some digging and emailing you could contact some of the old player. Unfortunately I don't have the time to do this for you, but if you're serious about meeting up with people, I'm sure these would be the Portland area players to know.
