When you have a baby you have a role model for the ABgirl mother to see how a baby behaves...and she can thus adopt some of the same behavior patterns.
Once the child is old enough to remember things there are certain things you wouldn't do around the child,though if diapers have become fulltime the child can accept a medical reason why the mother needs them.And I'd hope a fairly open-minded home environment on clothes/nudity.
