Just as food for thought, I'll share a little thing that's often fun for me (especially with partners who don't self-identify as "diaper girls"; I tend to have better luck finding kinky, indulgent, submissive partners than "dyed in the wool" diaper enthusiasts). There is an element of feeling like the magician who reveals his secrets, however mundane the realities are, but here is a favorite of mine:
1. Discover something about her that tends to provoke that wondrous, natural female funcion to self-lubricate.
2. Instruct her to arrive in a pair of panties that are her very least favorite. For me, insisting that she arrived with her bottom plugged works well.
3. Upon her arrival, lift her skirts (you wouldn't have her in pants, would you ;) ) and place two fingers on her sex and feel for that pretty cleft between her panties. Gauge how warm (and perhaps obviously wet) she is, nod a bit, and share your observations with her.
4. Let her know that you've noticed her inability to keep her panties dry, and that though you aren't angry, you're going to have to take steps to deal with her need for something more... appropriate.
5. Produce scissors (safety are best); snip off your girl's panties at the hips, explaining that she's shown that she's best in something else.
As I'm wont to say, it is now "diaper time"... if you two aren't too riled up and need to see to other concerns before hand. ;)
